Acid Neutralizer

Equipment integration components: concentrated sulfuric acid storage tank, acid dosing unit, control cabinet, dilute sulfuric acid tank, etc. 
Device Workflow: Before operation, inspect the equipment's sealing integrity and protective equipment. Open the control cabinet and use the acid dosing unit to deliver concentrated sulfuric acid in the specified ratio to the mixing apparatus while simultaneously injecting pure water; stir and cool the mixture. Measure the concentration of dilute sulfuric acid; if qualified, transfer it to the dilute acid tank.
