Formation Tank
The internal formation tank is key special equipment for the internal formation process of lead-acid batteries, The tank body is made of flame-retardant PP plate, supported by 304 and 316L stainless steel frames with excellent sulfuric acid corrosion resistance. Assembled and electrolyte-filled batteries are conveyed into the tank by internal roller structure for immersion. Connected with DC power supply, the batteries are charged and activated: electrochemical reaction occurs on electrode plates during charging, converting lead sulfate into active substances to finish initial formation of batteries. A sealed chamber is formed by water sealing door, PVC sealing rollers and quick clamps. Sulfuric acid mist generated during formation is collected under negative pressure via upper suction plates and delivered to acid mist treatment tower for purification. The overflow box collects excess liquid caused by liquid level expansion to prevent acid leakage. The PVC transparent plate allows real-time internal inspection, while adjustable foot pads at the bottom level the whole equipment to ensure stable operation. This integrated unit realizes integrated functions of formation, temperature control, closed gas collection and overflow prevention.
