Introduction

This equipment is a fully automatic intelligent production line specially designed for precision alignment and high-speed assembly/stacking of high-performance battery plates. The whole machine adopts a modular and high rigidity structural design, with external dimensions of 10000mm × 2500mm × 3000mm. It realizes the full process automation operation from automatic feeding, precision unwinding to extreme group forming in a compact factory layout.

 

The system is based on advanced multi axis servo synchronous control technology, with a comprehensive production efficiency of up to 150 pcs/min, which is at the forefront of the industry. The equipment has strong product adaptability and can be widely compatible with various specifications of electrode plates with lengths of 90-155mm, widths of 100-155mm, and thicknesses of 0.8-2.5mm. The equipment comes standard with a dual station intelligent alternating feeding system to ensure uninterrupted production; Combined with high-precision single station unwinding and intelligent clamping mechanism, intelligent adaptive assembly of large-span pole group thickness (20-120mm) can be achieved.
