The auxiliary materials of lead powder, acid and water are mixed according to a certain proportion, which is easy to operate and low in maintenance cost, and suitable for small and medium-sized production.

Apply the lead paste on the grid surface continuously and evenly, with accurate and controllable paste amount.

Provide a constant temperature and humidity curing environment for the polar plate, promote the close combination of lead paste and plate grid, and improve the polar plate strength and electrochemical performance.

Divide the connecting plate into single pieces and remove the oxide on the lug surface to ensure the welding quality and provide qualified plates for assembly line.

Quickly dry the surface of the coated plate to prevent the paste from falling off, facilitate stacking and collection and prepare for the subsequent curing process.
